We wanted to explore new ways of doing business. How can we inspire companies and brands to create meetings where the participants feel the same emotions, even if they are miles apart? How do we really reach beyond the screen with excitement, pride, laughter, interaction, joy and goosebumps? Is it possible?
MKTG Nordics in collaboration with Dentsu invited over a thousand people to take part of an exclusive summit about humanizing virtual events. In less than ten days MKTG produced a digital event with over 12 industry experts and MKTG professionals from across the world.
The 1600 viewers was able to get inspired by some of the world’s most inspirational trend analysts, tech profiles and communication experts, talking about the possibilities of humanizing digital meetings! The Summit was broadcasted in a fully equipped studio in Stockholm, moderated by a skilled journalist and followed by an virtual after work with live talks and music.
Some speakers participated live from studio and some was connected through video link. Through an interactive chat tool that was built in the stream viewers had the chance to interact with the speakers with questions and ideas.
47 countries watching, 450 chat messages, 2719 emoji interactions and total of 79 days total time watched says the timing for Virtual Events is now.
